FAQs

We are an integrated cross-cultural creative talent management and production studio connecting exceptional talents with global opportunities. Collectively driven to create heartfelt stories, and captivating visual experiences, that inspire, empower, provoke, and entertain across film, TV, commercials, publishing, music video, and digital content.

We collaborate with our talent through sales, marketing, administration, and moral support to grow their careers. We develop long-term relationships with the talent we represent and our clients to find ongoing opportunities.

Our agents support our talents through every step of a project, from negotiating its price and timeline to invoicing and processing the payment.

Every artist’s journey to representation is different. Generally, it is good to have a full portfolio of work with at least a couple of client projects before seeking representation.

No, although having flexible availability is important as a freelance artist, we represent artists who also pursue other passions. Many projects do require timely completion but the most successful artists are effective time managers.

Yes. If you are interested in being represented as an animator, please register your interests here! And we will keep you updated when we’ve made this offer available.

A good portfolio shows the personality and range of an artist’s work. It shows the strengths of the artists and a variety of subject matter while maintaining a cohesive and unique style. A portfolio should show that its style is desirable across multiple genres/industries or among many clients within an industry.

Yes, once the project is up and running and the creative process is underway, you will have a direct dialog with the artist. We don’t like to get in the way and we know that things can get lost in translation, so we encourage an open and direct conversation. That said, we stay very much in the loop. Cc’d on the emails and jumped on the video calls. We’re there, if needed, to help assist either party and smooth the process along.

Our talent benefits hugely from having us working behind the scenes. Firstly, we invest a huge amount of time and money in promoting our agency and their work. Then, when it comes to the projects, we’re here to handle the negotiations, contracts, quoting, and project management. Making things easier for both the artist and the client. Ultimately it comes down to good etiquette though. If you find our directors or illustrators through us, do the right thing and always get in touch with us first.
