Ekaterina is a Samara (Russia) based Illustrator. Ekaterina spent most of her childhood playing with her watercolors on big sheets of paper and dreaming about far-off places. Since then not much has changed, except now her drawings are spread around the world. Ekaterina started her career as a freelance illustrator in 2017 and since then have illustrated more than 15 children’s books available in such countries as the United States, Canada, Germany. Ekaterina works digitally to create her painterly storytelling illustrations. Her work has a strong sense of lighting and dynamic compositions. Her illustrations aim to translate the importance of family, kindness and love. She is married and has a 3 years old son, that is her love and serves her as inspiration.
